Do I have to take supplements?

Do I have to do a detox?

Yes! This comprehensive program is for anyone who is in perimenopause or menopause, whether you had a hysterectomy (partial or full), and/or whether you went into menopause naturally or not. 
What if I can’t attend some or any of those dates/times?
We will record all the training sessions and make them available to all the attendees after that week’s session. So if you live in another time zone and cannot attend live, you won’t miss a thing!
